Possible, but I don't know how cost effective it would be.

It's alive!!! Well sort of. I need to work out the final little bits.
It powered up and started to heat. No sparks or blown breakers.
Still need to figure out how to adjust the controller.

Finally got around to trying the oven.

The good, the structure and insulation work very good.

The bad, the heating elements are not sufficient enough.

I supplemented with a propane heater, that worked very well.

I'll need to revisit the heating design.
