The swing arm pivot spacer had been mangled by a DPO, (hammered using the wrong technique) about .050" too short.

When assembled & tightened up, the movement siezed.

A replacement spacer was not readily available, but I got ahold of one from a Z-1, calculated what the length SHOULD be and using the lathe to cut it down to the length I needed.

Moves freely now, as designed. I gave it .010" lateral clearance.

Just to reiterate, the design is VERY GOOD. Rock solid.

More poor quality parts, not fit for purpose.

Only 5mm gasket surface near the transfer ports. Grey gasket is half off.
