After reviewing various pannier systems I'm contemplating the system above.
I have called them (in Australia) and it appears they don't have this specifically for 70's Commandos but they don't look too difficult to modify.
Anyone used this set (or chose not to) and have helpful advice?

Andover do hepco panniers frames for commando
Thanks for the heads-up!

Edit: You don't happen to know what they call them do you?
I tried searching with Hepco, Pannier, Luggage, Rack and Bow but couldn't find anything.

My riding buddy has this system on his Guzzi Griso, works very well. Had I kept my Griso I'd have been tempted to get a set. The racks are nicely unobtrusive when the bags are removed, though not sure that would translate onto a commando?

Well I did a cut and paste (literally - with paper and glue) showing the bare racks and with the type of bag I'm looking at.
Thoughts?

These are the Legacy Courier bags - quite light so hopefully won't be a cause of loop-droop!
