Help with Cam integrity

I would like opinion on the condition of the cam lobe. How deep is the case hardening of these cam. Would you concider this Poor, Fair or Good condition.
Please note the pit in the middle and the wear from follower overlap.

I would consider that to be ready for a regrind if it's out of the engine. Probably last the rest of the season if not. Jim
 
Ok thanks. Helps me calibrate my judgment of these things and your expertise by just photographic evidence. There other lobes have normal mild wear and up close show about same micro galling of still polished intact surfaces. The real issue I found was not running wear but impact damage that raised little nicks above surface. Used a file to level them below skin detection, hoping the hardened surface would prevent my mild strokes marring what matters. Will diddle on Trixie till wee hours.
 
I'm not sure how deep the case hardening is, but once they start to wear they wear rapidly. It's amazing how bad they can wear and still run...
