Help RH exhaust glowing red

Hi guys,
On reflection I think I will try the bike again when the weather warms slightly, as it is standing in a very cold garage.
When the weather is good enough I shall swap the iridium plugs over and see what happens.

I will keep you posted, hopefully I over reacted in the first place and we can all learn something from this glowing exhaust.

I ran mine in the garage for a few minutes the other day. Didn't glow, but there was a fair amount of smoke emitting from the right pipe after shut down.
