Helmet cam recommendations?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you have any recommendations for helmet cams?

I've been looking at the Contour Roam 2 because of its water proofing mostly.

I say this as I was a victim of a road rage incident this morning, on the way to work on my tiger 800.

I just know if I were to report it to the cops without video evidence it'd be only hearsay.

All I'll say is that the girl has some serious anger management problems, maybe if she got her sorry ass

out of bed earlier, she wouldn't be in a rush to get to work. Nuff said.

Anyway, I think the situation has gotten beyond the tipping point, so I need to get a camera.

$5 + shipping keyfob camera on e-bay. 4GB chip at Walmart and you're all set. Best deal for the price unless you want long movies (over 40 minutes).

Thanks for your post, recommendation. I went with the contour in the end, but I might well get the you suggested too.

There was a bit of faffing getting the camera set up on my lid, but it really is a great little unit..Better in a lot of ways than the GoPro.

Interestingly...Since I've been running it the past week, not a single incident. I've noticed that quite a few car drivers have clocked the camera on the side of my lid...Does begger the question about how people behave differently when they're being filmed. Only time will tell I guess.
