Can anyone let me know how to get the three colored lamps out of the headlamp shell - they look to be pushed in and the plastic body has one way stops. so compress them and push them out.

Also, how do you get the bulbs out of these?

Thank you.

The plastic sleeve or casing that holds the bulbs is, as you noted, pushed in through the holes
in the headlamp shell. The anti glare hood goes between the shell and the head of the indicator.
You just push the plastic sleeve bit out. There isnt anything to compress which means after
a few ins and outs they get slack. I use RTV to secure them.
The bulb holder simply slides up into the sleeve and get be a tight fit. Apply a little penetrating
fluid and twist left and right as you (try) to withdraw it.
Be careful as the little bulbs break easily as does the rest of the setup and they are not cheap.

thank you, that did the trick. I didn't want to force anything ans as you say, after 40+ years things get a bit stuck.

I added the rubber glare shield to the turn signal indicator, which is easy to overlook on sunny days. JFWIW
