Realistically just nip up till seats damn good, then after first cool down back off and nip up to seat and then some more feeling for the slight twist give, then keep eye on oil weeps and do it again with and more torque in slight increases till stays sealed - regardless of factory numbers, they did not put a torque wrench on anything but rod bolts, nor will you after head sealing seasoning. Get a real shop manual for the game of finding its short commings and a part book for most needs of repair process.

Go with the feel Luke and use a small dab of antisieze on threads. Use the force and fight the dark side, you will be invited.
