has anybody installed that hydralic clutch kit

That is true. Plus you will always get full travel of the diaphragm spring since the hydraulic piston is always in light contact with the clutch pushrod. Jim
 
May I add one downside of the H.C. to this whole sequence of benefits: when work inside the gearbox is needed breaking and re-bleeding will be necessary where a cable is easy (un)hooked :roll:

Actually not if you disconnect the line and put a plug in the end so fluid in the master cylinder does not drain out.
Enough fluid is retained in the system that it will operate and will return any trapped air to the master with a few pumps.

I've had the CNW hydraulic clutch on my bike since it first got released and I've loved it every time I use it
