needed a tube for my bike but was leery of the off brand ones lots of shops carry, but found a Made in Japan Dunlop at the local HD dealer that fits 90/90 and 100/90 x 19 tires for $22...it has an HD part number and Dunlop tires and tubes are standard on HD's (FWIW they also carry a front tire that fits too, got one on closeout at Cycle Gear for $50 and it is working well)

Bluto,

Good to know. Last time I bought a tube like that I found a Michelin online. Good quality. However, HD dealers are ubiquitous.

Much as HD's get put down here, they are out closest relatives and are keeping our tire sizes and tubes on the market. Ms Peel has a number of HD's items, some identical to Norton, like hydraulic brake switch.

I went to the local HD dealer as well after the online store I bought my tubes from sent me the wrong size

With all the tubeless tires now sold, good tubes are hard to find. You used to be able to pay more and get featherlight tubes, almost condomesque in their thinness and quality.

"Condomesque?" There's a new one. Hmmm, I'm just thinking of the possible uses of this term.

Good choice. I find the chinese tubes leak slowly...at least in my experience with them. I switched to Michelin Airstop butyl and they hold pressure. both my combat and interstate were filled last year before winter when I changed my tires to AM26 Avons and they are holding pressure.

Lots of the tire manufacturers make tubes. IMHO, Michelin makes the best. I don't buy their tires - they make some fine ones, but I think there are better, at least for my applications - but their tubes are better than any others I've run across. FWIW/YMMV.
