I'll second that.
Too hot in S.A. at the moment, for Nortoning, guess I'll have to have one more beer.
Cheers.

Happy new year from Colorado- where it's to damn cold to go for a ride but the promise is for 60 degrees next week. Jim

I will trade you the too hot for the -15C here this morning. And this isn't even cold yet for here.... :(

Happy New Year to everyone.

-15. I don't even know what that is like. Never experienced it. It never gets below freezing here but it can get pretty hot. 40 C + is not uncommon in summer.

At least the roads are clear now, so riding will be possible when it warms up. 12F at my house this morning. It might get above freezing this afternoon though. Both Nortons are down for maintenance but I can take the Ducati out for a short ride.

28 F and snowing hard here. I will be running a snow blower instead of a Commando today. So it looks like I get some shop time!

Here's to the new year, may it bring many smiles
Goodbye to last year, hope you enjoyed the miles!

Happy New Year to all from Pennsylvania! Got a forecast of 54F today so, with Nort down for work, I'm going to try to fit a Triumph ride between the traditional pork and sauerkraut New Year's Day dinner (that's Pennsylvania Dutch for the uninitiated) and the rain that's coming. Forecast is for 20s and 30s for the rest of the week but the Northeast has been very lucky with our temps through December. Not complaining! Have a great day all!

Happy New year.
Great day yesterday. When for a ride to Old Sacramento for the festivities.
It was about 60F out. I parked along Harley row, all Harleys park in this spot but I park there too just too give those bikes some class.
Went to Fanny Annes for a burger and beer and walked around town.
Just a good day.

Good morning Debbie. I can't believe that you are not riding today with the club. I wish that I could. The sun is coming up with a promise of 40+ degrees.
Happy New Year.
Mike

Hey Mike. It's a one hour ride on the Denver freeways in 20 degree weather just to get to the meeting place. Too cold for me! Now if they had the ride this afternoon that might be different. I'll probably go out for a solo ride this afternoon after it warms up. 1pm to 3 pm usually isn't too bad.

Debby

Wishing you all a Happy New Year and a year of exciting and interesting motorcycling and from my point of view, learn from the knowlegable amongst us about our frustrating yet fantastic Commando's! It's 10degrees here in wet Manchester UK today, went for a ride today to blow away the cobwebs, albeit on a Suzuki. The Commando is,as usual at this time of year, being fixed till its broke and then fixed back to how it was in the first place- anybody else do this? Just watching The Worlds Fastest Indian for about the fourth time this week- what did you all get for Christmas. ALL THE BEST Pete.

I didn't "get" bikeParts for Christmas (meanWife), but I'll soon be getting some wider bars for myself. I tried to make a go of 29" superBike bars, but don't love 'em. Need a more slippery throttle. Otherwise, my Norton loves me.

Ah yes, us Albertans can expect -40C for a couple weeks. It's a good thing weve got a garage heater! :D
