I have bought from Eastern Beaver, they sell good stuff, i was leaning towards those relays as part of a total rewiring until
i saw the Old Brits setup at the tall timbers rally last summer. they used a relay base which click together, very slick.

I am having no luck finding this on the Old Brits website.

they dont sell it. they just had it setup on one of their bikes. the relay and base are universally available i got mine from Digikey, and you also need to order all the spade terminals to make the connections.

Those kits look pretty nice. I use the same relays for some of my projects. Depending on your skill set and what you have laying around the price is not to bad.

I have that Eastern Beaver kit on my 74, he makes really nice stuff and it works well. I like the fact it gets the voltage away from the key switch.
I have other stuff he sells on other bikes, all well made. A relay kit on my HD, and one of his fuse blocks on my Tenere.
While I have an LED bulb on the Norton, on my HD the relay kit was noticeably brighter than stock.

I have his relayed distribution block on my Speed Triple, great kit. I also like that he includes posilock connectors, I've been using them as time goes by whenever I replace a connection, especially helpful under the points cover as it makes removing the stator leads very easy when it's time to take the timing cover off

I tried to install an LED bulb in the headlight of my Norton. The voltage drop though all the switches was so high that the LED wouldn't even turn on. The LED needs pretty close to 12 volts. Filament bulbs will work on low voltage but they will be dim. To make the LED work I will have to use the relay kit from Eastern Beaver. I have used the Eastern Beaver kit in my Vincent and it works. It turns the H4 bulb to a white colour instead of orange when I used the original switch gear. Even though I could make the equivalent of the Eastern Beaver kit myself I liked buying it already nicely put together it is worth the price.

Plus one on that Eastern Beaver kit. I have run one for years. I also have his fuse box. Great guy to deal with. He is a biker guy.

edit.. He also worked with me on pos ground.
