gearshift conversion seal

Any competent bearing house can supply the seal given i.d., o.d. and thickness sizes. Maybe http://www.amr-of-tucson.com will give you the number they use.

For gearshaft try..........
5/8" x 7/8" x 3/16", NTK 1388 087 062 015 or similar lip seal
That was in an old Dommie outer case on my Commando. Since replaced the covers for Commando parts and use the "O" ring. It doesn't leak but i do have the inner cover breather.
For kickstart try.......
1" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" TTO C195 1 8C 125 100 12 or similar
This goes straight in with no machining but needs the OD to be sealed as the bore machining is often rough here. I use Cyano as silicone doesn't seem to hold it well enough.
