What you'll pay depends, a couple hundred for a standard tear down, bearing/bush replacement... once you get into replacing gears though, it will climb higher. Depending on the miles you have on the box, expect 2nd to need replacement, kickstart pawl's are often cracked, and pray you haven't got a crack in the rear of the case
 
Even if there is a crack in the case, no hassle - they are readily available new, as are all the other parts.
