Galvanised Spoke Cleaning.

Anyone any ideas on the best method to clean up the spokes and nipples on a commando set of wheels without removing the wheels. Time is not an issue.

Use very fine grade wire/steel wool. Lots of patience and sore fingers.

A 50 cent pair of white cotton shoe laces ( flat kind) and Mothers Mag...

and about a dozen beers per wheel
