I run the standard bellows on 33mm Keihins which are a bit larger in O.D than the amals, so I don't think you would have any trouble fitting the bellow to your Mikuni.
As for the front airbox plate email junior at RGM.
I have seen several examples of a stock front airbox plate modified to accept a single Mikuni. A sheet metal plate with a hole for the mikuni is attached to the airbox, and the mikuni aircleaner sits in the airbox.
A bit of a bodge but only a rivet counter would notice or care.
