Was finally able to get the forks apart today, roadholders.

I'm sure they've been apart before I got them and just loosely put back together, then seized up.

There appear to be no upper bushings at all, where and how do these install and what keeps them in place?

I see nothing on the legs to indicate this, and the drawing in the book isn't a big help.

Also the damper rods are pitted somewhat, does it matter?
