Fixed income , any big ticket items .... must be paid in cash by rule of my lovely wife , since most BT items these days are for non essential items ( my bikes) haha! has worked well for us , even bought house we in now 20 yrs gone for cash .... so proven plan

I owned the ‘77 Ducati 860 GTS on the left in this photo taken I’m 1986. From the crazy prices now I probably should have waited to sell it until now.
