FBI raids Ducati US

Yes, I did.

"It is not clear at this time if Ducati is the focus of FBI’s investigation, or if today’s news is related to an investigation that concerns another party."

Since it happened almost a month ago, maybe someone had more info.

There is a lot of humor in the comments to the article. The Ducky fans are funny!

Suspected Republican campaign contribution.... The retribution shall be swift and severe.

Glad I bought mine with cash a long time ago ..... got to wonder on FBI, actually lots of issues everywhere these days, eh

Wisk I could afford a nice old bevel-head to tinker with.... even a single would be great.

"the scope of the FBI’s search relates to a financial crime investigation."

Wish our Bobby’s were that keen... they’d have carried Garner away years ago...!

Then again, they’re very busy here arresting ladies going for a walk. They‘re rigorous too, they don’t let the fact that folk are within the law stop them...!

Yes the older bevel Ducati are truly gems and priced according ... have watched the odd one on Bring a Trailer auction site sell for crazy prices lately .... the bevel , Desmo versions are the sky’s the limit .... I will remain pleased with my belt drive 3V sporty touring Duke for seeable future

Absolutely nothing wrong with the other Ducs... It's just the bevels have always intrigued me because they're just so damned strange. No one does that to a motor, but they did... and it worked quite well for them.
At least I'd bride one of them, unlike a Vincent or Rudge which I'd promptly construct an alter around.... Perhaps a small one for a Velo too.

The bad thing about a bevel ducati is there is nothing cheap about buying one or the parts for one IF you find them. The good thing is if you are fortunate enough to have one they are a wonderful bike to ride.

Having ridden a Desmo 250, I second that.

I have had 2 750 sports and and a 900 darhma and IMHO the sport was a better handling bike but the darhma was still good but had better ergonomics. I still have an original 750 parts book and factory engine manual.
