Looks like those Hedon helmets we’ve all seen are due out imminently.

Expensive but certainly classy.

Hedon don’t even appear on the SHARP safety testing site, so I have suggested to them (Sharp) that they test them.

Don’t need to be by law I don’t believe Cliff, as long as they meet the relevant helmet standard (ECE 22/06/ DOT).

The Hedon helmets look top quality to me - the way they are made/ finished. Ya get what you pay for I guess. But with a lifespan of 5 years the cost benefit analysis doesn’t really work for me. If you’re paying 40K + for a V4SV though?

No, there is no legal requirement, but it would be nice to know how they perform in comparison to other brands. My own personal feeling is that they are expensive hipster style accessories.

Does anybody know why the earlier Donny 961’s had an offset exhaust hanger fitted on the left hand side (no idea whether other 961’s have this). This makes the LH can sit further out than the RH, on my bike. Just the ‘hand built’ nature?

The exhaust is underslung pretty much centrally to the bike, so why the offset? I’m gonna flatten/straighten the left hanger and equalise the mounting distance.
