exhaust thread repair

Hello Me again==Can anyone sugggest a good machine shop to have my exhaust threads repaired. One is excellent and the other iffy. I live in Fort Worth Texas. I am about to have Black diamond valves and new guides but I thinbk I should get at least the one bad thread repaired first. Is it better to have an insert welded or go the way of a threaded removeable insert?? Thanks for any help

I had a head done at Norvil motorcycles in the UK. They used inserts and I am very happy with the job. I believe that inserts make it easier to redo the job at a later date if it ever becomes necessary. I have heard that it is a good idea to supply the exhaust nuts that you propose to use, when you send in the head, as there seems to be varying sizes and tolerances from one set to the next.
