NEW ZEALAND: Methane Vaccine for Livestock to 'Reduce Agricultural Emissions'

Researchers are developing a methane vaccine for livestock to ‘help reduce agricultural emissions.’ The vaccine aims to stimulate the animals to produce antibodies against the methane-producing microbes in their stomachs.

In other words, this 'vaccine' would attempt to train the animals' bodies to fight against the methane-producing microbes in their stomachs.

They claim this would produce less methane and release it into the atmosphere.

My wife would pay handsomely for this vaccine...

You're going to hear it here first:

BEWARE THE LAW OF UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES.

This law is immutable. The consequences are EXCEPTIONALLY worse when "good intentions" are involved, and exponentially worse when tax dollars funneled through governments are involved.

The "cure" will turn out to be more harmful to humans than the cow farts ever were.

But what of those Big Pharma corps that desperately need funding to keep them afloat? Surely, the Govt will mandate meat producers vaccinate their animals, thus giving those Big Pharma corps a new market to milk, ultimately paid for by the taxpayers.

There is nothing unintended about transferring money to those
BPB ....(Big Pharma Bastards)

Not to be picky but that’s eight words. But you’re correct about the terrifying part.

Since we are being neither picky, nor petty, and I posted the quote verbally to my computer while running out the door...the exact phrase is : The NINE most terrifying words in the english language are "Im from the govenment and Im here to help"
Hope this helps with your oversight.

to be really picky.... on the basis that "I'm" is a contraction of "I am", then the phrase is eleven words.

Brought to you by the same people who caused the release of untold tons of methane into the atmosphere by blowing up Nordstrom!

Slick
The UN blew up the Nordstrom? Tell me more! Hersh did say that he got his info from “…..a person who, it seems, knows a lot about what’s going on”. So, you never know! ;)

More importantly, are we saying that the livestock/methane situation somehow lacks credibility or validity? Or that the methane emitted from the Nordstrom is somehow comparable to that emitted (on a continual basis) by the worlds livestock? Either way a bit of a stench, sorry, stretch mate!

No Stephan, the UN did not blow up Nordstrom, but the study you cite is sponsored by, and promoted by, the US govt. (Who did). It is absolutely balderdash, and meant to gaslight the public. Methane, like other polar gasses, including CO2, and H2O, DO NOT TRAP HEAT in the atmosphere. That is pure unscientific BS, and I would not give any study making that absurd claim any
credibility.
