Take a look at the photo below, I have ~1.7mm between the sprocket and the crankshaft shoulder. Not sure if this is too much or not. Please let me know!
This thing was a BEAR to get off, so I'm wondering if I need to heat the sprocket up in the oven to allow it to "slip" onto the shaft a little further. I heated up the sprocket with a propane torch and gave it bunch of swings with my 3 lb deadblow. What you see is the result after all of this.
