Dunlop TT100 GP tyres.....anyone got expereience?

Anyone used these? Thoughts/opinions? Planning to have these fitted to my '11 CR in the coming weeks.

Damn...they've come down in price, I paid over £400 for my pair!
Can't comment on them other than looks, as they've never been ridden on.

Interesting choice to ponder - can’t say I’ve ever really taken into account the aesthetics of a tyre (think we’ve had this discussion before). Maximum grip being the deciding factor for me, keeping the old P&J shiny side up.

But if tyres have developed to a stage where acceptable grip is available, that also have a heritage/period look, then why not. The way the Norton looks is pretty important to all of us, so why not the tyres I suppose. Also noting the 961’s very ‘modest’ hp output.

I guess it depends how we intend to ride. I’m gonna stick with max grip for now, others that are touring will likely choose max longevity. I’d be very interested to see how you go with these tyres though Kev - especially by way of grip. They appear to be one of the tyres of choice for vintage racing.
