Double Disc Dunstall with an 810 kit

Caliper seals are just o rings. A friend made a jig to shape modern pads for racing.
 
Thanks Dave. Yes, I did see someone recommend modifing (cutting down) standard Norton pads. I also noted that there is someone in the USA making stainless pistons which are machined to take available seals. I'll do some more investigation first but this is something I may have to do.
Obviously there's a lot to do but I was trying to finish one major items at a time, starting with the forks. However as the main and side stands are missing, I've got to fabricate one so I can stop using a nail box to keep it upright. All the fun of a barn find :rolleyes:

Thanks.. I sold a nice complete one to the gentleman in Wisconsin a few years back after telling myself I was THROUGH with it. Wrong...I bought the one that recently showed up here with the bushings but no spring. I don't remember it being a stock spring. Certainly not a sidestand spring seen some pictures.
It's not going on until next year. Thanks alot.
On a side note I was setup across from you in Wyoming when it was last on.
