Donald Pender front brake parts and specs

No I have not. I figure when this needs new pads, and other parts I will have to put the stock one back on, or get a Brembo.
He posts on Facebook quite regularly, so if you're on there try that?

I'm pretty sure they are Tokico (or clones) calipers from Kawasaki's

Here you go hope it helps.
Sorry Steve - I was just asking to see photos that I might use to help guide me install my system.

I don't have the VIP option show it will not allow me to post pictures.

here is what he replied:

"I don't have part numbers but ask at a Honda shop or mastercylinder repair shop, worse case scenario I could send some to you by post office air mail but that's a bit inconvenient for me and that can take 3 weeks to 3 months to arrive, no tracking etc"

Cheers.
This alone looks like a good reason for me to stay away from his goods. I had a guy bring me a master cylinder and his 13 mm sleeve kit. I refused to install it as it would rattle around in the std bore and it was a glue in part. Nope not me with that pos.

When I bought my fork bush kit, I immediately obtained the Honda PN, and jotted it down on the receipt.
I've seen too many bike accessory vendors come & go in the last 50 years to rely on them being there when I need them.

You make it sound like that is a good thing ?
The fact that it does not absorb water is a negative IMO.
Any water that DOES get in will collect in the caliper and cause corrosion or even boil.
A tiny drop makes a lot of steam. You don't want that to happen..
In brake fluid specs you'll find a wet and dry boiling point.
'Wet' = 4% water.
I use DOT 5 for my rear brake, but not front.
Spot on.
I had three severely corroded master cylinders, one slave cyl, and three calipers on my ZG1000 I bought new and "upgraded" to DOT 5.
Huge mistake.
DOT 5 has benefits for a RACING application, and DETRIMENTS for regular street use.

Last i knew scca banned dot 5. It will boil from being pushed back and forth through an Ori face.
