There is a guy on ebay every so often selling the service. Ill link to it next time i find it. If i recall it was around $100.
He also offered drilling.

Search up on bad juju to grind mil like regular brake machine with spiral machine marks in line with friction travel. Better to cross swipe the metal new and even.

disc-work-t9810.html Scott did mine, just cleaned the rust off not grinding a spiral on a lathe and did a nice job.

Thanks all. Gary got good reviews Ill try him on the blower tomorrow.
Not looking for holes and lightening rather just three surface true.
Also have T150 disc to do.
Ill report back.

Taxis get their disks ground, without even having them removed - neat little machine just fits up to the disk, and crawls around while lightly grinding them. Quite inexpensive - haven't tried it with a Commando disk, looked like it would work.

Want to watch that anything done on a lathe doesn't chatter while in action, if it meets a hard patch or spot - will cause more problems than it will solve ?
