Will try to get some decent video of the bike up later.

Now I just have to learn to ride it!! Put it in first on the center stand and gave a little throttle but wheel did not turn. Probably going to wait on my wife's uncle to come over, he rides triumphs and has worked on biked for years!!!

This is about 2 hours later, clutch working and turning the rear wheel. Tomorrow will be the first test ride when my wife's uncle comes over. I have never ridden so I will default to my wife and let her uncle ride it and then get my feet wet!!!!

Power arc is working great! Starts on the first kick every time.

Ah, I also did this fix to my ignition switch while I was looking for a possible short I had. Seems to have fixed that problem:
