Can anyone tell me what temperature the cylinder barrels can rise to during operation ? 750 Combat cast iron .

400F would be common on a long pull.
I have seen >500F on my bike.

Engine enamel works fine.
Do not use the extreme temp header paint. It is non-emissive.
