Crossover pipe O.D.

what is the O.D. of the stub from either exhaust pipe that the crossover tube fits over? Triumph is 1 1/4.

The Commando crossover pipe and the stubs should be the same OD (so about 1 3/8" although I suspect pipes are now made from metric tubing). Unlike the Triumph exhaust where the crossover pipe slides over the stubs, the two balance connectors (063991) 'bridge' the joints between the equal diameter pipe sections.

Thanks....I was hoping they would be the same size but I can make the changes. I made a tool to push (hammer) off the crossover tube on a T140 and it worked really well. I am going to make up about 10 of them to sell at the annual swap meet in Washington, looks like I will have to make separate ones for Norton and Triumph.
