well I just picked this up.Its an earlier model with alloy tins.I had a later model vr880 that I sold a couple of months ago.I wish I could have kept both but funds wouldn't allow.As soon as I get some tires I'll see if this compares to the later model

Certainly jealous of you nyc10!! Does this bike have the oil in frame mod or a standard tank? Sure is sweeeeeeet looking. Cj

they look almost the same except for the alloy.The original owner more for this bike then sr's bike.this bike also has buffalo hide seat.the bill of sale says 3700 in options but I haven't figured them out yet

it has the oil in the frame but the recall was not done

def not looking for sympathy.Believe me I am not a rich man.These bike hold on to their value.It's like a bank account you can have fun with.sometimes you can possibly make a little money
