Crimping can be challenging but people have been successful with several methods including a jig with a bearing to roll the bezel on.

You can find the parts on e-bay for about $15 and see this thread installing-smith-instrument-bezel-t7487.html?hilit= sharing for more information. I have had the glass and bezel replaced on one instrument by Joel Levine http://www.joellevinecompany.com/ and they did a nice job, cost of repair was $50.

Hi- I had my guages totally refurbished by a gentleman named Bob Carter in Portland. His eBay name is "Aprivatepeace". He replaced the glass and bezels, rubbers, grommets, powdercoated the cans, and completely rebuilt the guages for a VERY reasonable price, with a turnaround of about 3 weeks. I'm telling you, they look and work better than new- really amazing workmanship. Tell him Eric from Los Angeles sent you- good luck!
