Chip on tank

If you look on you tube ,you'll find a good video on it, you can basically clean it, prime the steel, and fill with two pot, get it built up enough using a brush then, sand carefully till it's level and then begin the polishing with compounds fine and then finer.

I was hoping that the would be a good paint match from a 'Dr Color Chip' or one of the other color companies.

Nail polish places carry a huge variety of colors, I've used them a few times. The one I use lets me use their supply for free but I still give them some money. You don't have to buy a whole bottle hoping it is the correct match.
