Check out this cool double seat

I sent a question to the seller about where to get one of those. And he replied it came with the bits & pieces. Anyone out there know where one could be obtained? I'd sure like to get one.
 
It looks like a one-off custom job. I know a good upholsterer who could take a stock seat and make one, but it wouldn't be cheap.
