Change the oil

Hi.
The workshop manual says the oil motor capacity is 2,8 liters.
I have the oil filter.
The capacity is more or always 2,8 liters?.

Mine will take about 2.6L after an oil and filter change. I usually start by pouring 1.9L (2 quarts) into the tank, then running it for a couple of minutes until I see that the return line is happily bubbling. At that point, oil is added to bring it up to the "Lo" mark on the stick. The manual may be quoting for a level brought up to the "Full" mark on the stick.

Piero, also open up the sump screw an clean out the mesh filter in it.

The oil filter takes not so much oil, maybe 150ml. 2,8l will be sufficient.
