Central stand spring

Please,
I need advice on how to mount the spring on the Centre stand.
Is best done with the kickstand raised or lowered?.
It is better to fix before the hook on the craddle or on stand?.

One method, safe and simple. Stack them in, install spring, remove sticks.

that"s one method . the other is to attach the spring on both ends , then mount the stand and bolts.
