camshaft fixed breather plate

Does anyone know if there is a pin which locates the camshaft fixed breather plate to the drive side of the camshaft, which has the spring, plate with tabs and finally the fixed plate, cheers, David
 
I believe that is a press-fit bit, of course done at the factory.
 
My '70's slotted disc had a pin which anchored it to the drive side case, while the other dsc was sprung up against it and spun by the camshaft.
 
Better to leave those parts out and install a reed valve breather.
