Just received another cad plating job I sent to Aero Propellor Inc
in Broomfield CO. Pleased with their efforts. Just wanted to give
a hat tip, no connection with them except as a happy customer.

I also am pleased with their work. Fair prices and good work, quick turnaround. Will use again.

Rookie question as I am working on refurbishing a MkII- why cad plate, and what parts? ( i don't have an opinion and really don't know)
Thanks

Why: Looks and corrosion resistance. Just one of many options.

All hardware, nuts, bolts, studs, washers, spacers, small brackets etc. You could plate the whole bike if you were so inclined.

If you are new to it, make sure you clean and burnish what ever you wish to have plated. The
plater will dunk the parts but that will not always remove all rust etc. Also if you have
scratches they have to be polished off first. Very much like chrome plating , it is only as good
as the surface you start with.
Call them and speak to them before you ship as they do bead blasting if you wish them to.

Hi All,
due to some bad cad plating here in NE Ohio, I ordered the copy cad from Caswell to try on small fasteners, anyone here have any thoughts on it?????
