A good suggestion, i Think they are good.
I will make an enquire to them and ask where they are made.
I once made the big mistake of ordering an Indian made tank, it was an awful piece of shit.
Bad shape, assymetrical and rusty.
Fortunally they took it back after some arguing but i lost some money on P&P

I do want to believe that AN sells good tanks(EMGO)becacause of their good reputation.
I really like this forum alot because of all the knowledgeable people here and interesting topics.
But it has also given me alot of ideas and extra job because of that!

Why OH WHY, is nobody making a steel Interstate tank. The alloy specials are prohibitively expensive, the stuff from India is, to say the least 'suspect', and used ones are as rare as hens teeth (and much more expensive).

There have been several good reports on pummy8081 on BSA tanks and no bad ones. Never seen any reports on his Norton tanks but he does do them

There was also an Indian seller on here 2 or 3 years ago who had made tooling to make the basic Interstate pressing rather than welding various pieces together, a bit of searching on the forum should track his details down, just be aware there have also been a few ropey ones posting here too.

I purchased the same tank recently from Walridge in Ontario. It was good quality and shape. I highly recommend fitting the filler cap first before any painting. I had to bend the catch lip up a bit to get the cap to latch properly. I highly recommend these petrol tanks.
