Boyer on MK3

Hello,does anyone know how Boyer ignition(red box)working with PW3 camshaft?.I have Boyer on my MK3 and also PW3 cam,how this system can know correct timing?.

MrNorton, As the old saying goes, "garbage in, garbage out". The system only know what you tell it to know. Although cam and ignition share the same last name (timing) they are distant relatives at best.
I thing a safe number would be 28 degrees BTDC.
