Grimeca calipers often have alternative mounting positions for the bleed nipple and brake line with blanking bolts are used in the other holes. Is the bleed nipple at the highest point?

Braided brake lines can often be too long and loop over the caliper so air gets trapped in the line, if so, try tying the brake line lower down so that any air in the line will rise toward the caliper.
