This appears to be a replacement for the K & N 153 Ducati oil filter that I have been using in my Norton for the past several years.
Some of you guys that are more informed than me...what do you think. Sure like the way it looks.

I think that would work. However, that's close to 10 years worth of kn153's for a little hard to see bling. I do like it though.
 
these things claim to trap dirt down to sizes the same as a regular filter. How do you clean these though. How do you do that without pushing that crap into the filter such that it just gets pumped through durng the next run.

I don't trust them, not for a long term engine. And the cost is so prohibitive. As for the cooler aspect, considering where it's at on a Norton, it wouldn't do much down there.

If you read closer on it's web site it say's it pays for itself.
So essentially it's free.
