Baxter Cycle- Marne, Iowa

Hi all-

I have been trying to contact Baxter Cycle in Marne, IA for week now, and cannot get through. At one point someone picked up but it appeared to be a private line, and they hung up. I am using the number posted in their website. And have checked it many times including copy/paste.

I’m getting concerned as I purchased a part on line and cannot get a response. Did the number change, etc?

I can assure you they are still in business and you will get your part. I was just over there a few weeks ago, and they are busier than ever, so it's communication breakdown of some sort. If you are on Facebook, they have an active presence, and you might be able to get hold of them that way.

Heard from them today, all good. Still having issues trying to c them, but the order is on its way. Staff was. Very helpful and friendly.
