Hello 961 , I bought mine from there around the same time after they had the ride out test day I think I met you there. I don't know why your selling it but since I got mine, my physical strength has deteriorated somewhat and I have had to rearrange my tandem garage so the Norton is in the front and the Guerilla is in the back, because I found manoeuvring the 961 backwards in to rear space was getting too much for my aging bones. Since buying the Guerilla all it does is to magnify the 961 weight when taking it out for a ride so we will see how it goes through winter but unfortunately the years go forward not backwards taking your age and strength with it.
It will be a sad day for you looking at it for the last time but I hope for the time you had it she brought some brightness into your life hope the sale goes well and stay on the forum.! Peter👍👍

Hi PB, i had a Garner 961 (profile pic) for 8 years, loved it, but due to numerous poor health issues and being mentally drained i sold it along with other bikes... always missed it so as the health thankfully got a little better, i bought this one. It's been a fabulous bike with no problems at all... but as you say , we can't stop the 'gettin old' bit.... if the bike does go, i WILL certainly miss it...

Hey guys - if you are having difficulty manoeuvring your 961 around your garage, these stands from Dynamoto would be of great assistance to you. And no, I don’t own shares (unfortunately)!

- Easy to mount, dismount bike.
- Light touch to manoeuvre the bike around ln its own length and store in tighter spots.
- Swing it around, exhaust facing out of garage if just routinely starting.
- Swing around to face out of the garage, dismount and ride out.
- Ride straight back in, mount and store bike.

Been using em’ for years and they are great quality. May be of interest👍.

You still need the physical strength to get them on the stands they may be 'easy to mount ' but only if your fit enough in the first place. My basic problem is old age and worn out body parts , which I don't think TVS can or will supply, and like I said once you have managed a much lighter bike the old girl seems twice as heavy next time around.☹️

PB, got ya covered, check it out.

But seriously, I get your point.
My strength has suffered since my younger day too. I have to take care when twisting my torso for the dreaded sciatica monster. However, I too use wheeled stands, and they work quite well. The only technique you have to master is aligning the rear stand on the swingarm support or the swingarm button then pushing down to lift the read end. I block the front and rear wheels first, then I use a cardboard box up against the right side of the bike to hold the bike up right, then move to rear and push the arm down on the stand. Seems like a lot of steps, but once you are trained, it's simple.

I understand what you mean but with the lightweight Guerilla I don't have to lign anything up or try and find a cardboard box from anywhere, and unfortunately I can't take the stands with me when I go for a ride they won't fit in the tank bag. Old age and weak muscles and bones go with you wherever you are not just in the garage but also when you reach your destination. ☹️ .
But I really like the look of the Exoskeleton. 😆
