I can't believe that someone hasn't copied those. They are much nicer that most of the rear sets out there.

I sometimes hate these posts.... Especially if i am bidding on them hoping no one wuld find these! 8)

I would like those for a second Norton project I am contemplating taking on. Pondering...

Bwolfie, are you bidding on these? Every time I bid on something on evilBay, you win it. :D

I was going to, but I have no need for them, we should really coordinate on these things. Similar tastes and all. Great minds think alike.

I might be, but probably won't make my mind up untill 2 seconds till the auction ends. ;^)

Yeah, but then someone with a higher bid amount will "Snipe" you with a nanosecond to go....

I also have an unused set of the Hyde rearsets for anyone interested. Installed them and then decided to go the norvil path. PM me for details.

PM replied. Pics for anyone interested.

Anyone looking for rearsets...

Well, I am looking for rearsets.....Probably going to get the Clubman racing set.

But---- I really would prefer the Dunstall rearsets, with that nice LH casting. doesnt anybody have a set sitting on the shelf?
really really really like those :D

Flea-bay is frustrating and agonizing, and I missed the last set cause I was motocash-broke. (thats when money for motorcycles is gone, but havent dipped into the morgage money yet)

Please consider selling them, its bad enough the stock pegs are so far forward, but I have the interstate tank also which is that much more of a strech for a 6-2 dude.

even used would be fine

" Even used would be fine" No offence but that sounds like you think it's common to find new unused sets. Strangely I do know of someone who has what I asume is a unused set, they still have the lining used as bearings. Never saw that on any of the sets I had as a kid or since. He will not sell them. Madass didn't you replicate a set??? It wod be nice if someone would replicate the Dunstall ones but with bearings of some sort. Good luck motoalchemist. I pieced a set togeather a set by saving a search on Fleabay & watching for the stuff I wanted.

Ya, dont think Ive really see a "brand new" set myself in person, no offence taken as I did make it sound like there are new sets of these on every dealers shelf.

I know they are hard to come by.....just hopeing someone out there is on the fence about parting with a set and i can convince them they will go to a good home.

Yep I manufacture replica Dunstall ones but with some improvements , the shift pedal is a replica of the correct original cast steel item only I cast mine in stainless, its highly polished everyone thinks its chrome, the brake pedal is not like the original steel tube type either its cast in A356 Alloy, both shift lever and brake pedal pivot on minimum clearance bronze bushings, foldup spring/ball footpegs are firm. Rubbers are identical replicas. much time has gone in to replicating these Dunstall Rearsets, these mount to the existing Z plates or the big Dunstall mounting plates of which I will have available later in the year, I'm only doing Dunstall not Hyde,

Don't really care for the chunky Hyde style, but at least they use hyme joints. One thing that sets me off of many of the linkage type is the use of clevis pins instead of hyme joints. There was a place in Germany selling super nice looking rear sets, along with alloy barrels and other bits for Commando's. Unfortunately I lost their link after my CPU crashed and haven't been able to find them again. Don't mind paying a bit more for better quality.
