Anybody gone hi-tech and tried something like this?

Found this in an old word document I knew that it had been thought out with O2 sensors and volt meters long ago I think it was Hobot came up with this guide like seven years ago.
EGT CHT O2 vs mixture ratio




EGT are straight forward.
Conservative tuners for endurance and coolness
will aim for -11-1200+'F in good curise to WOT load.
Skilled race tuner will aim around 1325-50'F
for max power on safe side of lean.
Strongest motors on Dyno's will hit 1375'F as
does my bike now when topped out awhile.
When I had clogged fuel tap and bowl ran dry
at speed needle would hit 1400'F so I'd let
em refill and held back till I got new taps.

CHT
Head temps should average 325'F and maybe just
maybe after a drag race 350'F. Idle should be
near 250'F all day long tank after tank after
tank of fuel till the oil evaporates.
