saw that, doesn't it need the early type mufflers? it would take alot to undo the "custom" touchesThis one in the UK is quite close to an original, I think but probably still officially classed as a replica, although not yellow...:

Purple and yellow is Mick Hemming’s own race bike. Won plenty of races, and I saw him in action at Brands Hatch and sold him a big print of it in action.Yuurrrkkk . Hanger Queens . If a Norton rode through a forest , if there was nobody to hear it , would it make a sound ? .

I had a look over Mick's bike at his shop a few years ago, and it had all the correct PR stuff, including Amal GP carbs with remote float chambers.Purple and yellow is Mick Hemming’s own race bike. I have a feeling Andover may have it?I had a look over Mick's bike at his shop a few years ago, and it had all the correct PR stuff, including Amal GP carbs with remote float chambers.
I don't know if they were fitted to all factory PRs?
Mick's bike was built from a written-off standard bike, but it doesn't detract from it's history.
It would be interesting to know where it is now. He was still racing it at sprint events around 12 years ago.
If my memory serves me correctlly, only the early PRs had the 32 mm GP carbs, with the rest having 32 mm Concentrics. My 1971 PR came from the factory with the Concentrics.I had a look over Mick's bike at his shop a few years ago, and it had all the correct PR stuff, including Amal GP carbs with remote float chambers.

read somewhere there were 33mm concentrics, but that's the problem there seems to be alot of misinformation out thereIf my memory serves me correctlly, only the early PRs had the 32 mm GP carbs, with the rest having 32 mm Concentrics. My 1971 PR came from the factory with the Concentrics.
