Can any Aussies help... I have a copy of RGM's catalogue but I cant get through on the Fax number they have on the back. Do I need more info. It's the same problem for Mick Hemmings, There must be another Prefix or something... Unfortunately they don't seem too keen on Email... OR perhaps I should be looking in The States for my spares...AC.

Just to let you know they made fun of me when I couldn't fax Hemmings. :|

Thanks Swooshy.... Go on give it to me boys I can take it. Just don't call me backwood, after all we are nearly a day ahead over here... 5.00 pm Monday 28 Feb... AC.

Aussie Combat, I think RGM only switch their fax on during office hours! I have never had any success unless I send it during their daytime. Good luck.

I emailed RGM Friday evening last week and, thanks to the 12hr time difference, had an email reply by the time i logged in Sat a.m.
Contact was via the contact email on their website.
Best of luck

I've always had good luck with RGM on email. Don't ask too many questions at once. Mick, you have to call him.

The prefix needed is... 0011 44,...

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/d ... 1946841947

0011 is the international prefix used to dial somewhere outside of Australia.

1.Dial your international dialing prefix. It is common to place a "+" sign at the beginning of phone numbers followed by the country code and the phone number. The "+" sign represents the international dialing prefix. The international dial prefix varies depending on the country you are calling from
- usually 011 when dialing from the US
- usually 00 when dialing from Europe

2.Dial the country code - the digits immediately after the + sign. See below for a list of country codes.

3.Dial the phone number - omit the number in brackets (usually a zero) if there is one.
