Just got press release via e mail - Andover Norton is suing Norton Motors and Norvil- apparently over trademark/ name use issues.
I tried to link it but it won’t work.

Someone from England please explain. Are we going to loose our parts suppliers!

If AN prevails my guess is the defendants will have to change something in their advertising/ packaging.
It would suck if one the best supported classic bikes suffered from this .

It appears AN launched an email blast to its entire customer base...I for one missed the previous press release thread.

Same story as many years ago between Norvil and Mick Hemmings.
Anyway, who's still buying anything from Norvil?
