There is no longer a ‘spares’ option on the Norton website Tony (Ref #15 above). The direction is to go through the dealer network.


It sounds to me, from Kev’s full explanation of his encounter with Judd, that they may just not be clear on what arrangements were in place previously - up to the change in process.


If we can’t find a UK member to do a ring around I’ll do it, then contact Norton by phone as I did last time. Their spares guy was quite helpful - hopefully he’s still there.
